Description
Floral brocade yoke with peaked shoulders, gold leather construction details, and a full black silk sweep and velvet interior. The gold leather marks the seams where the yoke meets the silk, the kintsugi gesture rendered in hardware across the most ceremonial silhouette in the capsule. Mantle belongs to the sacred outerwear family alongside the Chasuble and Vestment, the full ceremonial cape and the heaviest expression of the gilded register. Wears over the Gilt Cuirass and Gilt Skirt for the complete Mantle look, or over the Cuirass and Cuirass Skirt for the gilded layer above all-black armor. Made to order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for construction.
Care
Each piece is hand-constructed and intended to be kept. Treat it accordingly. Spot clean when possible. Dry clean for full cleaning, with attention to construction details, boning, and embellishment. Store on a padded hanger or laid flat between wears. Specific care notes for your piece are included with delivery.
