HAUS OPHIRA

Haus Ophira makes garments that exist between armor and intimacy. Each piece is designed to transform. Layered, reversed, paired with what came before or what comes next. The wearer completes the work.

The house name is derived from Ophir, the ancient region whose name became shorthand for what is precious and rare, and which translates to gold. Every collection draws from this register: small, deliberate, made to last. Nothing is produced in volume, and nothing is made to expire.

The work moves between two registers. Structure and drape, armor and silk, the sacred and the sensual. A corset and a chiffon gown belong to the same house and speak to the same wearer. Modularity is the principle: pieces share fabrics, finishes, and construction details so they can be worn together, apart, or in combinations the wearer assembles themselves. A garment from one capsule pairs with one from the next.

Pieces are constructed by hand, in the atelier, and made to your measurements. Each one carries the mark of the hand that made it. Construction takes four to six weeks. There are no seasons, no sales, no rush. The house releases when the work is ready, and pieces remain available as long as they belong in the collection.
